The expression forms of "grep" and "map" are awkward and hard to read. Use the block forms instead.@matches = grep /pattern/, @list; #not ok @matches = grep { /pattern/ } @list; #ok @mapped = map transform($_), @list; #not ok @mapped = map { transform($_) } @list; #ok
CONFIGURATION
