DESCRIPTION

Initializes the COM libraries by calling CoInitializeEx with COINIT_APARTMENTTHREADED, ie it enters a STA thread.

PARAMS

lpReserved [In] Pointer to IMalloc interface (obsolete, should be NULL).

RETURNS

Success: S_OK if not already initialized, S_FALSE otherwise.

Failure: HRESULT code.
