iceccd is a server for your icecream compile cluster, it must be run on every computer in the cluster.You must also run icecc-scheduler on one computer in the cluster.
To use iceccd make sure START_ICECC="true" is set in /etc/default/icecc and run sudo /etc/init.d/icecc start (it will also start at boot).
