DESCRIPTION

Get round-trip time (RTT) and hop count.

PARAMS

DestIpAddress [In] destination address to get the information for.

HopCount [Out] retrieved hop count.

MaxHops [In] maximum hops to search for the destination.

RTT [Out] RTT in milliseconds.

RETURNS

Success: TRUE

Failure: FALSE.
