  ULONG    StartingSize,
  HBITMAP* phBmp
 )

DESCRIPTION

Calculates the buffer size required to marshal a bitmap.

pFlags [In] Flags. See notes.

StartingSize [In] Starting size of the buffer. This value is added on to the buffer size required for the clip format.

phBmp [In] Bitmap to size.

IMPLEMENTATION

Defined in "dimm.h".

Implemented in "dlls/ole32/usrmarshal.c".
