Removes an image from an image list.
PARAMS
himl [In] image list handle.i [In] image index.
RETURNS
Success: TRUE
Failure: FALSE.
FIXME: as the image list storage test shows, native comctl32 simply shifts images without creating a new bitmap.
IMPLEMENTATION
Defined in "commctrl.h".
Implemented in "dlls/comctl32/imagelist.c".
