DESCRIPTION

Create a path from a URL.

PARAMS

lpszUrl [In] Url to convert into a path.

lpszPath [Out] Output buffer for the resulting Path.

pcchPath [In] Length of lpszPath.

dwFlags [In] Flags controlling the conversion.

RETURNS

Success: S_OK. lpszPath contains the Url in path format,

Failure: An HRESULT error code such as E_INVALIDARG.
