Initialise a SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR.

PARAMS

lpsd [Out] Descriptor to initialise.

rev [In] Revision, must be set to SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR_REVISION.

RETURNS

Success: STATUS_SUCCESS.

Failure: STATUS_UNKNOWN_REVISION if rev is incorrect.
