Determine if two domain names are the same.

PARAMS

left [In] First domain name.

right [In] Second domain name.

RETURNS

0 if the names are equal, non-zero otherwise.

NOTES

The comparison is case insensitive.

IMPLEMENTATION

Defined in "winternl.h".

Implemented in "dlls/ntdll/rtlstr.c".
