NO_ERROR if successful, or an OLE errer code otherwise.

NOTES

Wrapper for IShellFolder_ParseDisplayName(3w).

IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to the function.
