hParent [In] Suspected parent window.

hChild [In] Suspected child window.

RETURNS

TRUE: If hChild is a child window of hParent

FALSE: If hChild is not a child window of hParent, or they are equal

IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to the function.
