Halts the transmission of characters to a communications device.

PARAMS

handle [In] The communications device to suspend.

RETURNS

TRUE on success, and FALSE if the communications device could not be found, the control is not supported.

BUGS

Only TIOCSBRK and TIOCCBRK are supported.

Defined in "winbase.h".
