PARAMS

bCase [In] Whether to compare case sensitively.

lpszStr [In] First string to compare.

lpszComp [In] Second string to compare.

iLen [In] Length to compare.

RETURNS

TRUE If the strings are equal. FALSE Otherwise.

Defined in "shlwapi.h".
