PARAMETER

Instance
Instance which contains the rectangle to delete.
Rectangle
The rectangle to delete.

DESCRIPTION

The delrdsinsrec function deletes a rectangle of an RDS instance.

RETURN VALUE

1 => The rectangle has been deleted.
0 => The rectangle doesn't exist.
