ARGUMENTS

Shishi_tkts * tkts
ticket set handle as allocated by shishi_tkts().
const char * filename
filename to write tickets to.

DESCRIPTION

Write tickets in set to file.

RETURN VALUE

Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
