NAME

VFS_UNMOUNT - unmount a file system

SYNOPSIS

In sys/param.h In sys/mount.h In sys/vnode.h Ft int Fn VFS_UNMOUNT struct mount *mp int mntflags struct thread *td

DESCRIPTION

The Fn VFS_UNMOUNT macro unmounts a file system.

The arguments it expects are:

Fa mp
The file system.
Fa mntflags
Bit-mask of flags for the unmount operation. The flags currently supported by Fn VFS_UNMOUNT are:
MNT_FORCE
Open files are forcibly closed before the file system is unmounted.
Fa td
Thread which is unmounting the file system.
