copher [options] [files]DESCRIPTION
Copher automates the process of creating, uploading and publishing a SourceForge release using command-line parameters or an answer file. Additional support for GForge-based sites is in development.OPTIONS
Copher follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (`--'). A summary of options is included below.- --help, -h
- Show summary of options.
- --user, -u
- Specify login name
- --password, -w
- Specify password
- --project, -p
- Project name (unixname) to work with
- --package, -k
- Name of the package to release in (should already exist)
- --release, -r
- Name for the new or existing release
- --date, -d
- Release date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- --group-id, -G
- Group id (i.e. project id) to use (optional, faster if specified)
- --package-id, -P
- Package id to use (optional, faster if specified)
- --release-id, -R
- Release id of existing release to modify (implies -E)
- --exists, -E
- Don't create a new release, use existing (use with -r)
- --hidden, -H
- Set release as not visible to the public
- --active, -A
- Set release as active (default for new releases)
- --notes, -N
- File containing release notes
- --changelog, -C
- File containing changelog
- --no-upload
- Don't upload files (assume they already were)
- --no-notice
- Don't send emailed release notice (step 4) (default: do)
