dbfadd - add a row to an xBase DBF fileSYNOPSIS
dbfadd filename fieldvalues...DESCRIPTION
Adds a row to the DBF file named by filename with column values given by the fieldvalues options that follow. A NULL value is denoted by an empty argument.EXIT STATUS

- Failed to open filename for reading and appending.

- Too few values in fieldvalues...
DIAGNOSTICS
The following diagnostics may be issued on stdout:- DBFOpen(filename,"rb+") failed.
