NAME

ktradertest - A KTrader testing tool

SYNOPSIS

ktradertest [Qt-options] [KDE-options] query [genericServiceType] [constraint] [preference]

DESCRIPTION

ktradertest is a command line tool to run trader queries.

KTrader uses .desktop files to store information on Servicetypes and services. It provides a way to query all KDE services (applications and components) that match a specific set of requirements.

A query to KTrader results in a list of services.

For example, ktradertest image/jpeg shows a list of image manipulation programs.
