liveice [OPTIONS]DESCRIPTION
The liveice program is used to broadcast MP3 audio over the network. It can be used to both broadcast prerecorded files using playlists or broadcast live recordings from any sound input device.OPTIONS
- -h
- displays some help
- -s server_name
- specifies the remote server
- -n name
- specifies the stream name
- -g genre
- specifies the stream genre
- -x
- make stream private
- -P password
- specifies the login password for the stream relay
- -u url
- specifies the stream url
- -o port
- specifies the port number for the stream relay
- -b bitrate
- specifies the stream bitrate
- -B quality
- specifies the stream VBR quality factor (vbr streams only)
- -r sample_rate
- specifies the stream audio sampling rate
- -c channels
- specifies the stream no. of audio channel (mono/stereo)
- -C
- set copyright flag on stream
- -f flag
- disable/enable experimental full-duplex mode
- -T seconds
- timeout, terminate after a certain time period
- -M
- Mp3Mixer mode
- -m
- Simple, Line-in mode
- -E
- esdmon mode
- -F file
- read another configuration file
- -k mode
- mixer control mode
- -K logfile
- mixer control logfile
- -@ frontend_type
- set frontend type (0=curses 1=external program 2=none)
