NAME

whattime - translate from the epoch time used by Network Weather Service

SYNOPSIS

whattime [-a][-f file] time-stamp [time-stamp ...]

DESCRIPTION

This manual page explains the whattime program. NWS internally uses the time from the epoch (as returned by the time(2) system call: whattime tranlsate this into a more human friendly time.

OPTIONS

-a
different string format: more usable with script

-f file

reads the timestamps from file instead of the command line
