QuiteInsane - A Qt based X11 frontend for SANE (Scanner Access Now Easy)

SYNOPSIS

quiteinsane [ options ]

DESCRIPTION

QuiteInsane is a graphical frontend for SANE. SANE stands for "Scanner Access Now Easy" and is an application programming interface (API) that provides standardized access to any raster image scanner hardware (flatbed scanner, hand-held scanner, video- and still-cameras, frame-grabbers, etc.).

QuiteInsane can save an image to a file in a variety of image formats, send and image to a printer or do OCR (Optical Character Recognition) using gocr.

OPTIONS

A summary of options are included below.
--help, -h
Show summary of options.
--local_dir dirname
Search translations in dirname.
--debug
Print debug messages.
